Delete Your Account — Staff Register

You can permanently delete your Staff Register account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how to do it and exactly what gets removed. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

Open Staff Register and sign in.
Go to Settings.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

This immediately cancels any active subscription, removes your account and permanently deletes your data from our systems.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email codeyaan@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my account". To protect your data, we verify that the request comes from the account owner before processing it. We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account and sign-in identity (Google login).
All business data you stored: staff records and contacts, attendance, salaries, advances, deductions, gratuity, cashbook entries, projects and invoices.
Your active subscription is cancelled as part of the deletion.

What may be retained

We may retain a limited amount of information where required for legal, tax or accounting purposes, or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Payment records are held by our payment processor, Stripe, in line with their retention obligations. Retained data is kept only as long as necessary and then deleted.
