These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Staff Register application and services (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to manage your business and its staff records. You sign in using Google and are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for all activity under it.
Staff Register provides tools to record staff attendance, calculate wages, advances, deductions and end-of-service gratuity, and to manage cashbook, projects and invoices. We may add, change or remove features over time.
Access to the App requires a paid subscription of AED 49/month after a 1-day free trial, processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled. Billing and refunds are described in our Refund Policy. Prices may change on prospective notice.
You own the business data you enter and are responsible for its accuracy. You confirm you have the right and any necessary consent to store information about your staff, and that you will use the App in compliance with applicable UAE laws, including labour and data-protection laws. You must not use the App for any unlawful purpose or upload content you are not entitled to.
Salary, overtime, gratuity and other figures produced by the App are provided for convenience and are based on the information you enter. They do not constitute legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. You are responsible for verifying all figures against current UAE labour law and your own records before relying on them or making payments.
You agree not to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App or its systems, and not to use it to infringe the rights of others.
The App, its software, design and branding are owned by Staff Register and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights in them except the limited right to use the App as intended.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or that data will always be available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Staff Register will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the 3 months before the claim.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the App. On termination, your right to use the App ends; data handling follows our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the UAE will have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
