Staff Register is offered as a subscription of AED 49 per month following a 1-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Cancel subscription in the App. When you cancel, your subscription is set to end at the close of the current billing period — you keep full access until then, after which it will not renew.
Because you can cancel at any time and access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, subscription fees are generally non-refundable and we do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods. We do not charge for periods after you cancel.
We may issue a refund at our discretion, for example in the case of a duplicate charge, a proven technical billing error, or where a refund is required by applicable law or by the platform through which you subscribed.
